If you’re like me, walkability sits at the top of the “want list”. Sometimes you’d just like to be able to walk to get a cup of coffee.
One of the biggest draws to the Conejo Valley is the chance to escape the hustle and bustle of a big city. But, that also means you have to let go of some of the city life you might enjoy – like a quick stroll to the corner market.
There’s good news! Quite a few neighborhoods in Conejo Valley offer tons of walkability.
Here’s are the top 4 neighborhoods in Westlake Village that sit close enough to walk to a nearby store, restaurant, and even winery:
-
First Neighborhood ($800k – $1.2 mil)
First Neighborhood is one of Westlake Village’s most popular neighborhoods. Notable for its location. Its in walking distance from the popular Stonehaus Winery, and the Westlake Plaza – where you’ll find everything from coffee to dinner, as well as a couple of grocery markets and boutiques.
